Agents are highly encouraged to have the closing attorney hold earnest money whenever possible.

When RE/MAX Town & Country is responsible for holding earnest money, use the appropriate payment portal below based on the agent's office.

Clients working with agents affiliated with the Blue Ridge or Ellijay offices should use this portal when RE/MAX Town & Country is holding the earnest money.

Clients working with agents affiliated with the Crabapple or Bridgemill offices should use this portal when RE/MAX Town & Country is holding the earnest money.

Confirm that you are using the correct payment portal for the agent's office before submitting payment.

If the closing attorney is holding the earnest money, do not use the RE/MAX Town & Country earnest money portal. Follow the closing attorney's instructions for submitting the funds.
