Welcome to RE/MAX Town & Country! New Agent Orientation is designed to walk you through the essential systems, technology, resources, training, marketing tools, and company information you need to get started.
Your onboarding is organized into six training days. Work through each day in order and use the New Agent Orientation Guide & Checklist to track your progress.

Your 6-Day Orientation Roadmap
Day One
Welcome to RMTC
Start with the foundations. Learn about RE/MAX Town & Country, your office, company resources, important contacts, and what to expect as you begin your onboarding. This is when you should complete your paperwork.
Day Two
RE/MAX Systems
Get familiar with your RE/MAX account, MAX/Center, available RE/MAX tools, and the systems you'll use as an RMTC agent. This class is hosted every Monday at 1 PM (Eastern) via Zoom.
Day Three
Technology & CRM
Set up and begin learning the technology used to manage your real estate business, including MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail and other applicable RMTC technology. This class is hosted every Thursday at 2 PM (Eastern) via Zoom.
Day Four
Marketing Consultation with Lilli
Learn where to find approved logos, marketing resources, social media materials, advertising information, and support available through the RMTC Marketing Center. Please schedule your meeting with Lilli at lilli.divirgilio@remax.net
Day Five
Meet Your Coach
Learn about RMTC's in-house coaching program, ongoing training, and the resources available through your coach. Please schedule your meeting with Dondi at Dondi.Hopkins@remax.net
Day Six
Your Office & Administrator
Meet with your office administrator for an overview of your office, procedures, resources, and what you need to know moving forward. Please schedule your meeting with your office administrator.
