Transaction Coordination can help agents stay organized, manage required transaction documentation, and keep the closing process moving while allowing the agent to focus on their clients and business.

Getting Started

Agents who would like to use Transaction Coordination services must complete the Transaction Coordinator Service Agreement.

​

1. Download and complete the Service Agreement.

2. Email the completed agreement to remaxtc.coordinator@gmail.com.

3. Kayla will assist with the next steps for beginning Transaction Coordination services.

Transaction Coordination Pricing

Transaction Coordination fees are added to the agent's applicable office expenses.

​

$250 — Transaction Coordination Services
Full Transaction Coordination service for an applicable real estate transaction.

​

$125 — Lot Transaction Coordination
Transaction Coordination service for lot/land transactions only.
